WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Our featured wall artwork and gallery sets are made to order so please allow 3-5 business days* for processing & shipping. *Please Note: “Business Days” does not include weekends or Holidays.
Handmade Custom orders take about 2-3 weeks for processing & shipping. We’re a super small business and work very hard to get orders out as fast as we can. Promise, it’s worth the wait! ♡
Occasionally, there may be a delay with your order if we are backordered during peak holiday seasons or after flash sales. You'll receive an e-mail with your tracking information as soon as your order ships!
WHY DOES MY TRACKING NUMBER SAY "SHIPPING LABEL CREATED" OR "PRE-SHIPMENT"?
Don't stress, babe! We can assure you that your package is in transit. It can sometimes take 48-72 hours for the tracking history details to update online. Just keep checking!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are FINAL, no exceptions. Since all of our products are handmade to order (with lots of love!), we do not offer ANY cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed.
Please DO NOT ship anything to the PO Box listed on your package label. It is not a return shipping address and your package will automatically be sent back to you.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
Oh no!! This rarely happens, but if your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please send pictures of the damaged products and packaging (if the box is also damaged) to kylee@shopafb.com. We will ship a new package to you at no charge! If your package is lost in transit, we will ship a new product to you immediately.
Please note for wall artwork: If ONLY the frame is damaged during shipping, we will send you a partial refund to replace your frame. We do not send out replacement frames or plexiglass.
I ORDERED AN UNFRAMED PIECE — WHERE DO I FIND A FRAME THAT FITS MY ARTWORK?
We recommend buying your frames from HomeGoods/Marshall's, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, or IKEA! You can also find frames on Amazon, but they will be a little more expensive.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM AND DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
We are located in Houston, TX! Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.
